Each and every appointment you book, that time is set aside exclusively for you. My full attention is dedicated to each client for the entire duration of their time with me.
It is preferred that you have your phone on silent, although I do understand this is not always possible. Please note that in the event of you taking a call during your treatment time, this may hinder me from being able to perform your treatment to the full extent.
In the interest of safety I do ask that you attend your appointment alone.
I understand this can impose inconvenience to you in terms of childcare.
Unfortunately during most treatments you will not be able to care for little ones.
Keeping in mind there is hot wax, chemicals and machinery that can pose risks to little ones unattended.
In the event that I am unwell, I will endeavor to provide you with as much notice as possible if I need to cancel your appointment.
If you are unwell or caring for someone that is unwell I ask that you please reschedule your appointment. If you attend your appointment noticeably unwell I do reserve the right to refuse service & the cancellation policy will apply.
Booking & Cancellations
I kindly request a minimum 24 hours notice of changes or cancellations
(including rescheduling) to any and all appointments.
I understand that life gets in the in the way and sometimes this is not always possible.
Please note that when you cancel at short notice, due to being by appointment only and this time being reserved exclusively for you. It becomes difficult to fill the time slot at short notice.
A 20% Deposit is required for all booking appointments.
This can be transferred to a different service and time if the required notice is provided.
2 no shows or late cancellations and you will not be able to book in again.
Gift certificates & pre-paid packages risk part or full forfeit if less than the appropriate cancellation notice is given.
All deposits will be deducted from final payment at the end of your appointment.
Please ensure you respond the confirmation text as soon as possible.
If no reply is received 24 hours prior to your appointment, it will be cancelled & your deposit forfeited.
In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of the treatment may be forfeited for late cancellations/changes.
Please update your mobile details regularly to avoid missing appointments.
We have a no refund policy on purchase of our products or services in the event you change your mind.
Treatments are not transferable to other individuals,
either when purchased individually or when multiple treatments are prepaid.
Refunds will only be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law
In this event, the refund will be given via the method you originally used to pay.
Pre-paid packages are valid for 3 years.
They are not transferable to another service or person.
These are heavily discounted services in the packages.
When you pay for 7 and receive 10 (among our many other discounted packages)
if you choose to cease the treatments a salon credit will be provided on the following basis.
The full treatment price will be deducted from what you paid.
If you paid for 7 and receive 10 in the package and use 5 of the treatments then wish to cease this treatment.
We will then deduct the 5 treatments at full price from what you have paid and credit you the remaining balance.
This method is applied to all prepaid packages.
I ask that you attend your appointment on time or 5 minutes early please.
This allows me to reduce the number of clients in the salon at any one time.
If you are running 10 or more minutes late chances are I may not be able to go ahead with your scheduled treatment or you may need to forgo part of it. Please call ahead if this likely to happen. If I do have time available I’m more than happy to accommodate you.
Please note the cancellation policy does apply when running late if I am unable to accommodate due to other bookings.
Right to Refuse Service
For the safety, comfort and satisfaction of all clients and myself,
and in the interest of health and safety, I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion.

Some of the products and treatments are not suitable for everyone,
please take note of any exclusions you may fall into in regards to these.

Gift vouchers are available for purchase with the following conditions:
Gift Vouchers can only be purchased in Australian dollars
Gift Vouchers are non transferable.
Your recipient does not need to use up the entire original value of the voucher in a single purchase. Remaining values on vouchers may be used on subsequent purchases.
Value of a Gift Voucher can be between $10 and $999 AUD
Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase

We are not liable to you for any incident which will delay us from carrying out our obligations under these terms and conditions if this delay is caused by events which are beyond the reasonable control of Enchanted Skin & Beauty. In this case you will grant us sufficient time to execute our obligations.
Skincare advice without face to face consultation.
I will provide skincare advice for online clients by phone or by email. This may involve suggestions to use certain products based on the information you provide to me in order to treat your skin concerns. However, it is not always possible to prevent you from having adverse skin reactions to any of our products when a face-to-face consultation has not been carried out. I will not be responsible for any adverse reactions to your skin under these circumstances.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will appear on this page and continued use of this site as well as purchases on the site will be deemed as acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.
